!Hola Nola!

14 months after our first trip to Cabo San Lucas, we returned with a new addition to our family.
We had a blast! It was so relaxing!

She liked the water and her room with a view that walked out to the ocean.

Oma and Pops came half way through and Nola loved the extra attention!
They babysat while we went to Cabo Wabo!
Taking her last nap by the ocean.
Nola Bea is a great flyer, but she got her own seat to sleep in her carrier the whole flight.

Baby love

This is Nola Bea and her church nursery boy Jack! He's 4 weeks older, but not much bigger. Taken by a nursery worker while we were in church, she sure had her hands full.

Let the tooth be told...

So, today Nola and I were in Denver all day getting her passport. In the waiting room filled with kids, most of them screaming, Nola made some friends. There were two boys turned around in their chairs staring at Nola as if they hadn't ever seen a baby. It was fun to small talk with them, but then I got bored.

Nola kept them entertained with big wide smiles and laughs. One of the boys about 5 years old said "she's got little teeth" and I thought, that's cute he thinks Nola has teeth so I played along and said "o really?" and he told me that they were on the bottom. So I'm thinking, ok how does he know babies get their bottom teeth first?

I asked again, "REALLY" and looked down and noticed that Nola had cut her first 2 bottom teeth! I was so excited I had to call Zack and then the whole waiting room was laughing. I guess it was last night, she was a bit fussy, but what a great baby that I didn't even notice that she cut teeth.

It is her 5 month birthday today too! Early for teeth, but she's ready for them!

White Easter

Yes, like most of the country, we too had a white Easter. It was warm inside though. We had everyone over at our house this year for lunch and an indoor egg hunt. Nola got in on the action with her bonnet and basket.
